This house caught fire more than a month ago. There is junk and debris everywhere. I live directly next door. When the wind blows or it rains, the debris comes to my yard and property. I've had to sweep up broken glass weekly from the debris left from the fire. There are open windows and doors from the fire. Rodents and animals are living in there. The person who was squatting in the house for over a year w/ no utilities on the property comes and goes. Last I checked no one was allowed on the property due to the investigation. This property is a disgrace to our otherwise lovely neighborhood. I have to wake up every day and deal w/ that house both in its looks, the flies and rodents it brings, cleaning up the mess over and over again that was promised to be cleaned by the city that makes its way onto my property. It was never boarded up, nothing was cleaned by anyone but the squatter, who just swept everything close to the house and took the aluminum siding from the torn house probably to be scrapped. The back yard is filled w/ garbage and the yard is long. Please come take care of this house!!

Bad potholes on the right and left and in the center. The day I reported this problem, you came out and placed 2 orange cones in a couple potholes and gave us hope that someone in the city was listening and cared. But guess what? You NEVER returned to fix a single thing or informed us of any "plan" you might have in the works. There are potholes all over Bowen Rd. beginning at the 3700 block and going towards Monroe Street. They get worse the further you go down towards Monroe Street. They are damaging our cars and causing injury to people on bikes. This is a cut through street that sees a lot of traffic, including school buses, and it has been neglected by the city for decades. You completely repaved a small portion of Bowen going towards Sylvania Avenue but totally ignored the rest of the road. As a neighborhood that works hard to take care of the property here, we are baffled by the lack of attention to the road. Please try to do something soon. Thank you.

There are several potholes on the corner of Woodmont and Grantwood, not to mention the 100 potholes between Woodmont and Bales. It’s getting ridiculous!

Dog barks virtually continuously for up to 12+ hours a day when owner is away nearly every day. It’s now 11p.m. And dog has been barking since 10:30 a.m. this has been going on for many months. Owner is no responsive to neighbor complaints.

There has been a large pile of junk, mattresses, & other furniture at the curb for several weeks with more getting added to it daily.

2646 Westbrook Dr. has a black chevy cobalt with broken exhaust. it has been broken for months and they refuse to have it repaired. its very loud all all times of the day, from very early, like 6am, until very late, like midnight. many neighbors have complained.

Keeps stacking leafs in the street, purposely trying to stop people from parking in front of their house. News said put leafs as close to curb as you can but not in the street! Everyday adds more to the street. It's unsafe.

they have continually partked their big Lawn Equipment truck and trailer blocking the view for us to see oncoming traffic ....and the front end hangs over the neighbor's driveway an elderly 90 year old woman's driveway so her son can not even pull in, they also park there Bass Tracker boat right in their FRONT yard... in the fall they leave the lawn debrees in the elderly ladyies driveway to the point she cannot even take her garbage cans out .. she slipped once already...we tried to ignore this issue but it's getting out of hand they do not need to park their boat and their Lawn Equipment in their front yard blocking everyone's view of oncoming traffic

Property needs to be secured/boarded up.

This place has had a broken down vehicle in the yard for the last 7 years. The garage is dilapidated and doesn't close so there are rats and feral cats, raccoons and opossum living in this structure. The house is not maintained, peeling paint, broken windows and roofing issues causing shingles to blow into neighboring areas. This woman has many cats living in her house and the smell is overwhelming in the warmer months. Something has to be done.
