    I have owned a home in Maximo Moorings for 2 years now and I keep hearing the strong sewer smell is going to be fixed yet we are still suffering through days upon days of such a sewer stench that I cant believe any real effort is being put forth. What's up with the Water Plant and what elected official is trying to get this fixed for the neighbors who live here.

    The storm drains need cleaned asap. This was from a regular rain storm and our driveway as well as several others and the roads and yards all flooded.

    House sold in June and is now being rented for as little four nights, that is a code violation in Maximo Moorings. The last family that stayed there was beyond loud and left the houses motion/flood lights on all night.

    Vacant home with inoperative vehicle. This house has not been occupied since 2018 -2019. The car has been abandoned and not moved since 2018.
    I live next door and am having issues with rats trying to enter my home. My pest control company has trapped rats trying to nest in my AC ducts. I have seen rats at both my front and back door. The pest company inspector told me it is very likely the rodent source is next door at 5275 39th St S. Please help. I know house is owned by an elderly couple who live elsewhere. They occasionally stop by to unload a trailer load of used furniture into the house and then leave.

    City of St. Petersburg replaced the sewer manhole ring and cover the work order #2144492. The crew left parts of the old cement, damaged the lawn but worst is they damaged the drainage and now the yard floods during rain. I have called and was referred to the engineer who set the job up, Matt Wilson. I have left multiple msg. with Mr Wilson over the past week or so. He has not returned any of them. Who do I have to contact to have the damage that was caused by city repaired?

    Four to five years ago, 53rd Ave was striped and we where told it was a mistake, since the striping also causes people to drive faster, which results in people speeding on that road. They just repaved the road and once again repainted the striping back on the road. This is a residential neighborhood and this issue needs to be resolved, please remove the striping! There is zero reason it should be there considering it was a mistake in the first place! thank you
