  • 9507 Ne South Beach Dr Bainbridge Island, WA, 98110, USA - Bainbridge Island
Horrific odor coming from Clarke Aquaculture since 1 September. I complained to the site manager and he put a tarp over one of their dumpsters but left other one uncovered. He stated Bainbridge disposal was supposed to pick up dumpster but didn’t. This happens every year over a long summer weekend! They do not control their odors. It smells like a rotting corpse all over South Beach.

  • 9495–9497 Bucsit Ln Ne Bainbridge Island WA 98110, United States - Bainbridge Island
Digging to power line has led to increased waterflow over a private dirt road No permits have been made available nor are they posted They had an exposed power pole and dug across the road without informing anyone We also have an issue with our rose washing out regularly, and the city will only dump gravel The potholes are back within 3 weeks So if this is a city project the city needs to make sure they fix the road washing away as well
  • 10701-11199 Olallie Ln Ne Bainbridge Island, WA, 98110, USA - Bainbridge Island
Homeowner has dumped garbage and other refuse on to an easement along this small lane off Skinner. Garbage spills into the road and onto the adjoining property. Owner has also impeded access to the easement with several tons of rock intended for a non-permitted wall that has never been completed. Delivery and work trucks cannot access the easement as necessary. Rocks, metal hog fencing also spill into the road in violation of the set back code. Please help with this.

  • 5191 Taylor Ave Ne Bainbridge Island WA, 98110, USA - Bainbridge Island

The new owners of the property on the SW corner of Taylor Ave and Ronald Court have erected a new fence in the road right of way on both Taylor and Ronald Court. A few neighbors approached the owners to advise them as such and were basically told to mind their own business. When queried as too whether they obtained a survey they said "yes". However there are no new survey marks to be seen. They do not seem interested in knowing road right of ways extend beyond the asphalt. The owners have been warned to stop work but they are not willing. Please require them to conduct a survey with a licensed surveyor and put the fence in the proper location!

Also, the owners have been observed filling in drainage ditches with a tractor and affecting the natural hydrology without any permit. The area is know to be very swampy in winter so a wetland survey would be appropriate. It is possible portions of the new fence are being erected in a wetland.

  • 8400-8780 Sands Ave Ne Bainbridge Island, WA, 98110, USA - Bainbridge Island

  • 5609 Crystal Springs Dr Ne Bainbridge Island, Washington, 98110 - Bainbridge Island
Hello. There is a lot of excavation, dirt moving and tree removal taking place on the lot across the street from 5609 Crystal Springs. This lot (and the waterfront lot to the west) are owned by P. Kenyon Kellogg. Mr. Kellogg HIMSELF has been doing this excavation with a large backhoe, typically ONLY on weekends. There is no permit visible.
  • 10660 Ne Manor Ln Bainbridge Island WA 98110, United States - Bainbridge Island
The ongoing occupation of the strip of land behind 10660 NE Manor Lane is creating increasingly unsafe conditions for neighboring residents. Multiple vehicles are permanently parked on the narrow lane (see attached photo) along with discarded furniture, junk, and abandoned cars, impeding emergency vehicle access. There is no septic or waste disposal and a strong odor emanates. There is no electricity, so a generator runs nonstop, creating incessant noise pollution. Fires are being lit close to the garbage and structures, as others have reported here. More people have recently moved onto the property to occupy the tents and outbuildings. Neighbors have been reporting this situation for the better part of a year, and it has only escalated. This is a real health hazard.

Small end-of-street beach access is being undercut by waves Several holes have developed Rip-rap currently stable, but dirt needs to be backfilled to prevent further erosion that threatens slope stability

We love sitting on the bench and watching the waves and birds, but bench and beach access are threatened by wave action Appreciate anything you can do to fix this gem of a spot on the island
