Hello,

I'd like to respectfully submit an urgent request for speed humps on the 5100 block of Sea Isle Road 38117. I live directly adjacent to Sea Isle Elementary and the speed of the traffic down Sea Isle between White Station and Mount Moriah has grown faster over the four years I've lived at this address. Our neighborhood is full of children, and this is just a terrible accident waiting to happen.

The owner of Princeton Greenline P.D (City Construction and Development, LLC) is in violation of the approved/registered final planning development plat P.D. 18-33. The wall built on Perkins Road stands above the 6' tall wall approved for the stretch of the wall facing Perkins Rd. The wall is also in violation of the maximum height of 3' required by the city at the intersection of Perkins Rd and Princeton Rd.
Code enforcement MUST stop this construction immediately and order the demolition of the sectors of the wall found in non-compliance with the approved P.D.

Oakwood Manor Townhouses is requesting a speed hump around 866 Colonial Road. The road ends at 4785 Park and cars continue to speed and hit this townhouse. It has been hit twice this year alone. It has been hit several times previously. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be address. The homeowners lives are at risk.

Need mosquito trucks to come spray in our zip - 38117. They are horrible and haven’t seen a truck spray in a while!

We are getting eaten alive every time we go outside. When is the mosquito truck coming back to 38117? Thank you!

Corner of: 585 N Perkins Road (Lowes) & Kendall Cove

House has been vacant for over 18 years. Limbs and yard debris scattered throughout. Garage full of garbage and neighbor thinks it's a hoarding house. Backyard just as bad. Horrible rat infestation. Please do something. No one has lived here for almost two decades!

There are approximately 10 mattresses in various areas on the property mattresses including top of driveway and carport, trash scattered throughout the property, as well as a sofa in the middle of the front yard. The property has been in this condition for over 5 days. This property is a rental and a nuisance for the neighborhood. The owner of the property lives at 5644 Barfield Road, 38120. The owner has been contacted several times over the years due to tenants trashing the property and neglect of the yard.

Owners Morgan Benson and Colt Schwerin (901) 487-7943. Their trailers, trucks are parked in the yard. Sometimes on the street.

Attached is a map of Balmoral Estates indicating the homes that have complained about the lack of a recycle pickup. These are just the ones either closed by the city or are new complaints, just those complaints posted Wed and Thur, Oct 28 and 29.

Does anyone in city management see a problem here? Does this information need to go directly to the Mayor's office and City Council?
