we have had building inspectors here before but nothing got fixed please help us the landlord won't do anything there are kids living here help the floors are breaking from the walls the walls are falling apart the whole building is falling apart there's animals in the ceilings the windows don't close properly there's black mold in the basement which is the laundry room there are termites and bedbugs and mice and roaches the landlord doesn't want to do anything about it we really need help please there are a lot of kids here

this entire block has handicap reserved parking and some of these drivers have driveways or park outside thier handicap spots to hold spots for other people in thier household parking is a hassle already in this area

Parking provided for a different car and parking another car the car that is suppose to park there is taking neighborhood handicapped parking spots also seen parked across the street taking someone else’s parking spot.

Is there a need to take away three parking spots from tax paying citizens to give to a clergy?this church already has a driveway that can fit a decent amount of vehicles, does this guy drive a streached limo or is it because of their connection to Mayor? Please expect multiple complaints filed at city hall and if it needs to be escalated further up, it will. This is unacceptable.

There's a serious parking issues this area paterson need to put lines down maple street and all the surrounding street in this area. cause people constantly taking up two parking spot and handicap vehicle are not parking where they are assign to park instead the holding parking spots. Someone needs to come out and do a parking study. remove signs where it's not needed..

This truck has been in this same spot for at least two days.It is FULL of garbage. It belongs to 256 Berkshire Ave. Few times it could also be parked at 313 Linwood Ave. This is a perfect reason why commercial trucks should NOT be PARKED in residential areas. Yes Lt. Shawn M. I know it is allowed now. I also know after 10 pm it is not allowed. Putting it now so there is a record of it. After 10pm I will also be calling in on this truck. There is another truck at this address full of garbage but I know nothing will be done on that one either.

Up and down Gould ave, In addition to the side streets there are a countless number of “school bus” vans and other commercial vans taking up not 1 but 2 parking spots. I also witnessed one of the black “school bus” vans reverse into a car and leave like nothing happened!

My home has had a serious problem with mice for well over a year. Despite several conversations with my lanlord, it has only got worse. There are holes in various areas of the home and mice running throughout the walls as we attempt to sleep. We have experienced several electrical issues and fear the mice may be the cause. Terminex was called and advised my landlord had declined a service to the exterior of our home which would deter further entry of rodents. Instead against advisement landlord hired for traps to be placed only. Within one weeks time we are seeing mice exiting the walls on a daily basis. Its almost as if the traps had reverse effect. Our landlords current response was he will not be addressing the electrical or rodent problem further and has asked us to leave as soon as possible despite a state of emergency. In light of the virus pandemic we are terrified not only for transfer of disease but in addition the possibility of our home catching fire before we can find somewhere to go.
