    The open issue remains on the intersection of Hermann and 58th and Vicente and 58th. At both of these intersections speeding motorists are a problem and the dogleg in the roadway make visibility and crossings difficult for school children. We (the neighbors and I) would like work with the City to identify pedestrian safety solutions for this stretch. Please let me know how best to proceed.

    The intersection of Forest and Ayala continues to be a problem, with no traffic controls at this intersection. A minimum of one stop sign is needed, as well as cross walks. Dozens of school kids walk through there daily, and are at danger.

    The corner of Forest and Ayala is a heavily trafficked intersection but with no stop sign on either street. User at least one near accident a week. A stop sign needs to be installed on Forest, possibly also on Ayala.

    I hold the lease for 5998 Telegraph Ave in Oakland and am trying to run a business. There is a group of 3-5 individuals living in an old chuch bus, an old RV, a white volvo station wagon and a maroon Land Rover along the front of my warehouse on Telegraph Ave between McCauley and 60th St. They have been here without moving the vehicles for at least six months. They leave trash on the sidewalks. I have found hypodermic needles and seen elicit drug activity. They go through the donation bin and leave clothes and debris across the parking lot of my building.

    The play features at Dover St Park are broken. One has a splintering piece of plywood covering a hole which is a safety concern. Two of the other play features are broken and have sharp plastic edges and are filled with trash.

    Before dispatching a crew, please note that I am referring to the southeast corner of Racine Street and North Street. At that corner, a set of wooden planks has been placed across the sidewalk to connect to the street, presumably because the gutter has sunk, but I'm not certain if that's the reason. Anyhow, this bridge of planks, which I have reported in the past by phone, has always been very rickety. Yesterday, when I was walking north on Racine, I came to the corner in question, stepped onto the planks, and twisted my ankle, and took a tumble into the gutter. At this point, I should mention that I am totally blind, so I wasn't aware of what had caused my fall. Upon getting myself together, I examined the area with my hands, and discovered that one of the plnaks was out of line with the rest, sticking up at an angle. I attempted to line it up with the others, with only partial success. I hope you recognize how serious an issue you have here. I have reported this area previously, nothing was done about it. Frankly, it's shocking to me that you don't have a proper curbcut at that location...seems like the best solution all around. I will add that the northeast corner has the same shaky set-up, without the out-of-whack plank, so please do address that one as well.

Garden planted by the church has been trampled by this person Please get this person some assistance and clear this encampment ..,

    Two large buses with people living in them, set up personal property
    on the sidewalk. These buses have not moved for months. Also
    a white limo has been parked across the street as well as in front of
    the buses that has no license plate either on the back or the front of the vehicle. There are several other cars sometimes parked in front of the buses and in the middle of the busses

    The south gate to the Dover St Park is broken and it opens sideways. It is very difficult to both open and close the gate, especially for parents with strollers as well as people with disabilities.

    This gate is extremely large (possibly designed for vehicles) but is primarily used by pedestrians. If possible please install a smaller, pedestrian friendly entrance.
