Concerned and Frustrated Neighbor

During the hours from 11pm-5am they have dogs that bark through the entire night almost every single night .

The people living in this rental are treating this property as if it is an industrial park. They have a fenced dog pound in the front yard where the smell of dog excrement permeates the neighborhood. They will wash their excrement into the street drainage. They park a large flatbed truck with ladders, equipment, etc in the front yard/driveway daily. Occasionally a work, u haul trailer will show up and block part of the street. There is always huge amounts of trash curbside and in the driveway. Although not all homes in our neighborhood are "pristine", the vast majority of us try to maintain a comfortable setting. The main person at this house had notified one of our neighbors in the past that the main reason he chose this house in the county is due to not having to put up with city ordinances. policies, regulations. A real eyesore and smell has been brought into our neighborhood. It is very disgusting to see this daily. Thank you.

The large truck has not moved in over 2 months. There are so many dogs inside this house people are now living in vehicles outside, hanging laundry up on a delapitated - don't know if the van works but waking up to this in a nice neighborhood - there has to be many code violations. The trash around the front of the house make getting to the front door (animal control was to this house yesterday) for entry impossible. They use a leaned fence panel to get in and out the backyard. There's no formal gate, just leaned panels. Mornings consist of heavy machinery trucks picking up a resident because the truck is inoperatible.

Dog feces odor from 6040 43rd Avenue N is so strong this week it is preventing being outside, or even home without having all doors closed. Smell is strong enough to make your eyes water. Wind is blowing in all directions today (Saturday, February 10, 2024). Odor has been around for 2+ years, but never this strong. Odor seemed to intensify after county employees mowed Joe's Creek last week, have the occupants been using behind their fence to dispose of dog feces and it was stirred up? This is a known location for animal welfare violations.

This is more than an animal issue. And it's been going on for years and no one does anything because it is all night. At NIGHT they let their dogs out, during the daytime - this house reeks of manure, feces are washed down the driveway by a little girl the tries to clean up the dog messes. We can't enjoy a walk in our own neighborhood; the smell is so bad it does smell like death. There is also trash; washing machine, broken table outside; BBQ grill that they use during the night with head lamps on. It's a nuisance to the neighborhood. They do this at night so Animal Control can't see it. The police aren't called. With windows open at night; they noise as well as smell coming from that house is toxic. Maybe someone should check to see if there's a dead body inside. They do not answer their front door during the day; even though people and who knows what is inside. Help us here in Sunhaven Homes.

This is an update on my Click N Fix. Verifiable with all the dog excrement that gets washed into the street and areas that feed our lake. Our neighborhood needs help with this address.

Dogs from breeding home running without leads, the smell permeates throughout neighborhood while walking by this house. Grass knee-high full of feces, car has been idle for years.....tag expired in 2020. Disgusting.
