Brockton, MA Ward 7 PLUS

This multifamily was hit by a car several years ago and now looks abandoned. Mail piled up, weeds everywhere and part of the building is collapsing where it was hit by a car. Supposedly the owner was repairing it but there are no signs of that happening.

after allot of comments and many months was told thier was a permit pulled(I dont beleive it)now thier is an EXTENSION CORD running from the house to the iilegal 2 story shed!!!but were not renting it out....let get real here....take another look.....

Multiple vehicles no plates on property .

Theres about 60 handi cap disabled people whom resise in bixby one and bixby 2 whom are afried to sit or go to the park be side there building as alot of homeless go there to drink do drugs you go there all you smell urine alcahol pot crack k2 there numerios people going there selling drugs buying drugs there should be sigh up no lotering no public drinking. Also we wife and i lived at main spring for about yr half we where forced to leave by john dough alis black picking on elderly demanding money to by drugs which he does every day the policy once you go in you cant leave to next morning he leaves buy drugs come back 5 black guys with him go in eithet elavator or handicap stall its been reprted to staff nothing done the last 5 months a guy jay same group black guys know when jay gets his check he with draws at stop and gas on top legion park they rob him all his money and cell phone he says hes goung call cops they follow beat him john dough threates me contantly i want money or me and boys hurt you he also fits desciption tire slashet tall skinny blk msn wearing all blk

Please have someone do a full health inspection at Moe’s Southwest Grill. I noticed they had fruit fly traps filled with flys right next to their salsa station in addition this didn’t necessarily curb the fly issue. The overall cleanliness at this location is questionable and I don’t believe staff is washing their hands or sanitizing food prep area suggested through ServSafe protocol.

This building was hit by a car in early October 2016 and has suffered massive foundation damage. Building is tilting and basement is open to the elements. Looks on the verge of collapse and if someone is walking by, they're in danger of injury. This has been reported at least twice in the last years since the accident. City needs to do something!!!

Vehicles have dangerously continued their travel onto Pleasant Street from Reynolds Memorial Highway, by taking a left turn in the middle of the intersection from the lane of traffic designated for travel straight onto WEST Street, further complicating a merge of the two left lanes of traffic into one lane proceeding onto Pleasant Street in front of the Walgreen's store. The vehicles turning from the West Street lane at the end of Reynolds Memorial Highway, by essentially creating a third left turning lane, are inhibiting and endangering the vehicles in their proper two Pleasant Street turning lanes. Today an 18-wheel truck performed this turn from the WEST Street lane in the rain, and nearly collided with two vehicles with which I was negotiating the merge onto Pleasant Street. I have witnessed this traffic disruption over a dozen times in he last few weeks.

Please notify to clean this propery up.

Drivers are driving and sometimes speeding through both of these abandoned properties to avoid the light at this intersection during the morning & afternoon rush hours despite the speed bumps in the former Papa Gino’s lot.

The abandoned CVS lot is being utilized as a bus stop to load & off-load students and a risk to those students getting hit.

A proactive measure would be contacting the owners of these properties and have jersey barriers installed at one of the entrances/exits.

Vehicles travelling east on Oak St and attempting to make a left turn on N Main St do not have a protected left turn signal, although there is an advanced green for vehicles on Oak St eastbound. Please install a light with a protected left turn signal to indicate when it is safe or not safe for those vehicles to make a left turn on N Main St.
