    On Russet, between 105th and Moore Park, there is a homeless encampment that is getting bigger by the day. Now they're bringing in vehicles. They cut the city gate to get inside. They're under the train tracks. There are children living there. Also they're dismantling cars. I've called the police twice, and no one has come. They're doing prostitution and doing drugs. I've also reported to Union Pacific. My biggest concern is the children, who should I call? There is garbage everywhere.

    There are several cars, an RV and a very high pile of tires. On the side walk and across the street in empty lot. It's tricky driving by and just concerned for pedestrians as there is a school half a block away.

    Homeless encampment is out of control from 98th through 105th on San Leandro st. Under the Bart tracks. They are burning every single night which already caused a fire under the Bart tracks blocking Bart from passing through due to the heavy smoke. Garbage is everywhere and going into the streets where we pass by driving. Dogs are howling because of abuse. Woman running around naked. It is very dangerous.

    On the southwest side of the San Leandro Street/105th underpass (right after you exit out, heading south towards City of San Leandro), extensive illegal dumping on righthand (west) side of road. City of San Leandro PW normally sweeps all the way up to the underpass (even though this is within OAK city limits), but is currently unable to due to the amount of debris.
