I am writing this letter as a resident of Creekside Village to bring to your attention a very serious situation. At the intersection of Creekside Village Blvd & Marley Neck Blvd, the number of accidents or near accidents have risen to alarming levels.

The entrances & exits of Creekside Village have become a severe danger to the safety of both drivers and residents in this community. Daily, we witness near accidents that could potentially claim the life of our residents. It is apparent that the problem lies with a lack of a traffic light and speeding vehicles on Marley Neck Blvd.

In order to circumvent future injuries and fatalities, I am requesting that a traffic light be installed at the intersection of Marley Neck Blvd & Creekside Village Blvd. As you can appreciate, I’m very anxious to see this dealt with quickly.

I hope that my message will be heard and that the severity of this situation will be recognized by your department. Thank you for looking into this matter. I remain hopeful of your timely and positive response.

Trash is piled out side on the car in the driveway and the side of the house has mattress and other trash and on the front porch there are bags of white trash bags . And at the curb that was taken out after trash pick up last Thrus 9-26-19. There is a van seat in the front yard that’s been there for a week. The grass has not been cut for awhile . It brings the neighborhood down ,coming down the street and seeing the trash piled up . That brings unwanted animals in the neighborhood and then the trash will be all over neighbors property.

Following up on Health Department investigation from previous complaint and new inquiry. If trash pick up leaves all the junk and debris, should the county have the homeowner/renter/tenant clean the need up?

Actual issue located 7942 Meridian dr. Back of home. A storm water management pipe in the back of the residence potentially not to code. Also serious safety hazard. Open pipe poses safety hazard in residential community for children and animals to enter pipe. Pipe within 50ft of homes. No filtration net (only dirt and rocks). Pipe not filtering sentiment, building up in rock bed. No trench formed and at almost even level to residence property. No distinguishable downward grade v. the residence property. Standing water in rock bed. Rock bed and pipe not enclosed. Water isn't filtered from pipe. Additional photos available.

Our neighbor took down our fence on my property. What would be the next steps to file a complaint? Would we have to take her to civil court? She took it down the day after we signed on our house

There is still an ongoing drainage problem coming from the property located at 876 Shore Acres Road. They are discharging sump or stormwater from the side of their property into the right-of-way, causing extremely icy conditions along Shore Acres Road on a very steep hill. This condition is causing dangerous situations for drivers going up and down that hill and unfortunately, there is only one way out of the neighborhood for those who live past the split, so there is no way around this dangerous situation. Several neighbors have filed complaints for several years. but the condition still exists. We need the County to intervene and resolve this issue since it affects the public right-of-way.

Water drainage from the house located on the corner of Outing Avenue and 207th streets poses a hazardous condition when temperatures are at or below freezing. An icy patch covers the intersection. A school bus picks up children on that corner and cars traveling on either 207th or on Outing Avenue could slide on the ice. Especially cars that are not aware of the condition until they come to that intersection. This is hazardous for both the children waiting for the school bus and vehicles that travel through this intersection.

it's 12:11am 2/4 and there's very loud banging noises coming from the BJs parking lot. It sounds like the dumpster is being emptied. It is very loud and has awaken my entire household.

This house has turned into a blister over the years. There has been no change and nothing picked up or cleaned up. The roof is falling apart terribly on the garage and they have a tarp held down by bricks on their roof of their actual house that’s been there for years covering another hole or leak. There is nothing but trash, bins, trash cans, junk, and wild plants grown everywhere. Something has got to be done, such a nice community with yards well taken care of. Yet this one has stayed the same for years and has gotten worse. It’s a hazard to the people living in it and the community. Wild rats loving to live there and is a place that’s a huge risk for fires! Stuff lying everywhere. An abandoned pool as well. The main issue is the hazardous yard predicament and buildings (home & garage).

Two boats causing road obstruction at 3 brookview ave Pasadena 21122. This boats have nearly caused hundreds of accidents in the last 5 years. When turning left onto brookview from Holly ave you cannot see if anyone is coming. The neighbor across from the boat owner at 3 brookview has a large Work van which he parks adjacent from the boats, further making the situation worse. This is a public street, not a marina.

We have an infestation of gnats in our home. Because of this, we had an exterminator come by and he said its because of the large unkempt swampy area (open space) behind our home. The sewage area is not maintained and hasn't been cut in months. He mentioned that all of the neighbors along Hartwell Road will experience this discomfort until the problem is fixed and the area is maintained on a regular basis. Therefore, its pointless for us to pay for treatment because it will be a temporary fix when there is a much bigger problem that needs to be addressed.

Water coming from 875 shore acres road is flowing on to roadway. Icy conditions could occur.
