    Residence has a large tree in front yard with a sizable limb breaking away from the trunk. Under the weight of the snow, is now sticking out into the line of walking on the sidewalk and is a safety hazard now. I have hit my head twice while walking the dog. Also at risk of breaking away from the tree at any time and could cause serious injury by falling on someone. Residence is not resolving.

    First street light on Haverty's Way (entering from Lambert Street) remains inoperable. Previous ticket closed without the repair being made. Can we fix this and not just close the ticket? We have three street lights total on this street.

    I found a discarded syringe on Haverty's Way recently and would like the city to collect it. I've placed it in a receptacle and removed it from the ground to protect kids and pets in the neighborhood, but could use the city to pick up and dispose of properly.
