WW105 - Systemwide Force Main Retrofit PLUS

This is an issue anytime we get a decent amount of rain. Water accumulation from the horse properties on the north and south sides of Winchester are not holding their water. The road is destroyed, fully flooded in a storm, unsafe because drivers pull to the oncoming traffic side to avoid the “pond”. There is only one way in and out of this neighborhood and the road continues to deteriorate under these conditions.

Coming on Greenfield Rd, towards San Tan Village Pkwy, right in front of Discovery park,
There is absolutely no side walk to safely walk, as well as no bike line. The side of the road is broken off and big rocks on the piece of city land. Lots of people, adults and children walk and bike here to and from the park and any other road. Strongly believe this very small area needs a proper side walk.
There is traffic of cars and walking, biking people from the houses, apartment building, and school.

Far left lane has a decently large pot hole that is deep. It has just gotten worse in the past couple of days.

The Williams Field westbound left hand turn lane to southbound 202 traffic signal timing has been changed and it is awful. The signal skips a cycle and backs up traffic. When it does turn green, it allows 3-4 vehicles to go through before turning red again. This has been going on for the past week.

at around 5 am this last week (can give exact day if needed), (it was rainy and dark). at the Greenfield and Pecos intersection, north bound, i was waiting to turn left/west onto pecos. i was in the right of the two left turning lanes. the arrow went through two cylces and never turned green for me. I ended up having to get through the intersection another way. appears to be a malfunction. I had this happen to me several months ago, always in the early hours.

Cars parked on greenfield rd could cause accident because it’s backed up to Pecos. There is a car line that is away from traffic

The turn light located on San Tan Village and Pecos (to turn left on Pecos from San Tan Village) it allows 2 cars and turns yellow and then red. This light needs more time to stay green.
