Five Points

Ward Avenue NE needs a stop sign at the intersection with England Street. There is a hill that is difficult to see over. Traffic flies down Ward Ave at speeds well over the limit frequently. Several houses on the 1000 block of Ward have children. The road is very dangerous in that section. A stop sign would force traffic to slow down and be more cautious of cars backing out of driveways and children playing when heading west over the hill.

There is a street light out ON PRATT AVENUE right NEXT TO the Hardee's that is at 300 Andrew Jackson Way. The light out is on Pratt Avenue.

The sign letters for "Five Points Cleaners" have worn off of the awning at 714 Pratt Avenue NE.

Some type of water leak on street. Has bubbles in it so may not be supply water.

Paint is flaking off siding badly.

Grass is over a foot high.

I live at 808 Beirne and the house next door a vacant 810 Beirne that is rumored to be tied up in a court fight between a brother and sister after their mother's death. No matter the circumstances, no one is taking care of the lawn. Grass is close to waste high in both the front and back yard. It is unsightly, causes more mosquitoes, and obscures the sidewalk.

The right hand lane west bound on Pratt Avenue at railroad crossing is very rough. It will almost pitch you into the other lane it is so rough. It's like the tracks have sunk down in a hole.
