Flamingo Rd between Mt. Moriah & Estate

Hello,

I'd like to respectfully submit an urgent request for speed humps on the 5100 block of Sea Isle Road 38117. I live directly adjacent to Sea Isle Elementary and the speed of the traffic down Sea Isle between White Station and Mount Moriah has grown faster over the four years I've lived at this address. Our neighborhood is full of children, and this is just a terrible accident waiting to happen.

Three aggressive dogs off leash with access to pedestrian right-of-way (sidewalk) and verbally aggressive owner.

Need mosquito trucks to come spray in our zip - 38117. They are horrible and haven’t seen a truck spray in a while!

The resident has 3 random chairs in the middle of their yard. The chairs need to be put in the back yard or on a patio. They have no business being in the middle of the grass.

This street tree loses limbs often which block the side way and block the draining gutter underneath it. It is currently growing & hanging over the street. Can this please be cut down to reduce the chance of a branch falling, reducing drain gutter backup, and just overall street appearance?

This house is the house that backs up behind ours. We moved in this house in May and the neighbors told us that no one is living in this house, however, it is still owned by someone. We have not seen anyone at the house but recently a piece of cardboard was put in, by someone, a back window that had been broken into it looks like. The fence is this houses fence and it is barely standing at this point. We have 2 big dogs that we have to put up pallets against the fence to protect from getting out through the damaged fence. The grass is also really tall in the backyard. I have made a complaint about this already in October but it does not seem as if anything has come out of it. With spring approaching and the weather that comes with it- I am concerned about the status of the fence and also the vacancy of this house. If criminals find out that this house is vacant, because it clearly looks it, it could also put our neighborhood in danger. Please let me know the status of this request. I have 3 other pictures that I was not able to attach but I would be MORE than willing to send them.

This house is a problem, rats are now living there because has been vacant. I am a home owner and this home is bringing down our property values. They only cut the front, the back is overgrown, the homeowner lives at 1181 Longreen, Memphis, Tn. 38120.

Cars for sale are being parked in the bike lane and in the yard and rotated. They have for sale signs on them and are blocking visibility as well as blocking the bike lane.

There are constantly disc golfers out after dark and after the park is closed. This is a violation of city ordinance. The disc golf course is a community nuisance due this and numerous other factors such as litter and noise and food trucks that park in the fire lane of the senior center.
