    This crosswalk (across Miller between Pomona and Wesley) lacks pedestrian crossing signs. It is the only crosswalk on Miller between Maple and Main Street that lacks the signs. Also, the crosswalk is on a hill, so the signs will make it more visible in both directions.

    So apparently, A2 uses AI to help improve traffic, however, it has *not* learned how to properly allocate traffic at the stoplight at Jackson and Maple. Driving west on Jackson and approaching Maple, there is constantly a pile of up traffic (especially from 4-6pm) and yet the wait for the light to turn green is an average of 3+ minutes. There is never a pile of traffic on Maple. Why isn't the green light longer for the Jackson side? And it seems super inefficient (e.g. Jackson going west + left turn gets a green, then waits, before going east gets a green + left. Often the left turn lane is completely empty before it turns red again) The whole thing could use a rehaul.

    This is a public sidewalk Simply putting up sign that in essence says "we're not going to clear this sidewalk" does not absolve the University of its responsibility to abide by municipal code

    Sometime last year, the city painted lines for a crosswalk on the north side of the T-intersection where Madison hits State Street. Hundreds of law students and undergraduates use that crossing every day. We are grateful for the crosswalk, but there have been unintended hazards as a result. I have personally witnessed half a dozen incidents since last semester where students almost get hit by cars at night because it is not obvious that it is a crosswalk. If the city could install crosswalk lights, that would make the area much safer for students and drivers. Thank you for your time and consideration!

    There is a crosswalk on Nixon Rd. near the entrance to Clague middle school. I've noticed that there is no street light illuminating the cross-walk, making it very difficult for drivers to see pedestrians waiting to cross or already in the cross-walk when it is dark in the early morning or in the evening. Drivers very often fail to yield to pedestrians here and I have had some near misses with cars. Please consider adding a streetlight here to make pedestrians more visible before an accident happens!

    I posted this issue ~ one year ago when it was very minor.
    The herringbone brick pavement on the south side of depot approaching State is buckling. The affected area has more than tripled over the past few months.

    It will be such a terrible shame if the wonderful smooth brickwork becomes a hodgepodge of gaps and funky patches.

    PLEASE get over there and re-set the herringbone pattern before it gets worse.

    This started as fewer than a dozen bricks out of place because of an issue around the drain. Now the area of misplaced bricks is expanding and will CONTINUE to do so unless we repair it.

    What is the law or zoning on having K&M Automobile using the their commercial property located on Jewitt Rd. as a junk yard that abuts to my property. There has to be some law that says this cannot happen in the City of Ann Arbor? I need to know when you go out to the place of business as I have complained before and asked my neighbors to complain and nothing is done. what about the rust, the leaking oil or any parts of the car that leak into the ground - this will effect my property values and is an eyesore and should not be allowed. I need proof you have been to the property and what are the restrictions for junk yards next to residential property in Ann Arbor. I have more pictures but all you have to do is go to the back of the company lot that abuts to 1225 Kensington dr., and Hutzel Heating & Cooling and see the junk cars. this is the only way you will see it is if you actually visit the property and talk to the owners of K&M Automotive

    Sometime in the past week, an 8' x 8' patch was made on the northbound lane of N. Maple about 60 yards north of the Dexter Ave. intersection. It was poorly done, leaving a severe bump that thousands of cars go over every day.
    Can you please have whoever is responsible rectify their workmanship?
