Second week recycling has not been picked up for me and neighbors.

Scheduled day is Monday - Cart set out Sunday night. No pick up

my last ticket was closed I guess because I choose trashed missed outside of cart instead of garbage missed and you assumed it was debris, which I clearly stated in my comment it was regular trash. I followed your drivers instructions not to over fill the cart, but only to come home and the 3 white trash bags still remain on the curb. can you send someone out to pickup this garbage please.

Grass around two feet tall not mowed in at least 6 weeks. Dead tree in front yard over sidewalk. Limbs piled up against house on south side. Old mirror broken laying against the front of the house for 2 plus months. Trash cart left in road (2 ft to 4 ft from crub). Broken window on side of garage 9 months. Shingles missing on garage north side over a year. Yes this is a rental.

This yard has not been mowed in a year and an a half. Reported multiple times. Front is mowed.

After trash can emptied the carts are being left in the middle of driving lanes. This is happening all through the neighborhood not just one address. Also, bags outside the carts are not being picked up. The worker doesn't even try to lift the bags to see the weight of them.
