    Alley off Tenth between Main and E. Cary = potholes are much deeper and make it difficult to weave around cars illegally parked to enter the parking deck.

    Large Chevy SUV (plate Virginia: TKR GLS) keeps parking in the handicap spots. No hanger displayed. No stickers, etc. Seems to arrive around 9:30am and leave at 5:30pm. Have timestamped pictures from many days, if you want.

    Pothole is on Byrd Street just west of 10th Street.

    The crosswalk signals are out at both the SE & NE corners of 10th & Byrd Streets. In addition, the view of the crosswalk signal at the SE corner of 10th & Byrd is obstructed by tree branches & leaves. Pedestrians attempting to cross Byrd street at either the SE or NE corner must guess as to whether it's safe. This is a safety risk that could be reduced by replacing the bulbs in the crosswalk signals on both corners and performing some modest branch pruning of the tree at the SE corner.

    Crossing 10th Street to enter 195 or go straight on E Byrd Street, the lanes split but there are no lines painted between the 195 entrance lane and the left-most lane entering E Byrd Street

    This causes near accidents daily especially with larger vehicles Drivers don't realize it's two separate lanes because of the lack of lines
