Pinellas County Code Enforcement and Park Rangers

The City of Seminole has received a call saying that the ditch along the Pinellas Trail on the east side of Blossom Lake Park, (10455 Blossom Lake Dr) is very overgrown and in need of maintenance.

Powerlines down along fence, laying across the ground and in the air just above the ground. Trees are tangled up in line and pulling them down.

Vegetation is out of control on the Pinellas Trail behind homes on Pine Lake Trl. Several homes have the growth coming over fences and into backyards.

I get stopped at this light (Pinellas Trail overpass) every time I am in the area. I drive by it 4 times a day and am stopped every time. Since it is not a high-traffic side road I think it is malfunctioning as I never remember getting stopped at it so often. I appreciate your concern on this matter.

Are golf carts permitted on the Pinellas Trail? I assume not. I am staying at the KOA and have seen two golf carts in the past three days. These are campers, coming in or out of the KOA. It might be helpful to put a sign there in both directions, prohibiting golf carts. Thank you. I spend 7 weeks at the KOA each winter for the specific purpose of riding the Pinellas Trail.

Pinellas trail - south of Seminole Blvd - numerous property owners have constructed fences in the Pinellas Trail Right of Way. The fences should be on private property. Could impede drainage. Need to maintain the integrity of the trail right of way.

13 Palms along south side of Trail between Trail markers 0258 and 0261 are being requested to be trimmed of the Dead palm fronds. Residents of Holiday Village Park next to the trail have extensively cleaned up below all these Palms over this last year. We would very much appreciate your assistance and cleaning up these trees.

This area has had a leak for a VERY LONG TIME, however just recently it has gotten so bad that it runs down the street continuously. The amount of water we are losing on this has got to be substantial. This is just to the east of the Pinellas Trail on Bay Pines lakes Blvd (off of 54th). You can't miss it.

Mosquitoes!!! Can anyone come out and spray the ditches on the trail??? It is very bad, we can’t go outside at this point.
