    The homeless encampment has grown out of control. They are creating an excessive amount of debris, They are aggressively panhandling, one person is selling stolen bicycles, they are abusive, they are damaging the freeway, graffiti everywhere, Drunk and disorderly, drug use, urinating and exposing themselves in public, etc. It keeps getting bigger and bigger and all the city has done is bring in garbage cans and por a potty's. They need to be removed.

    I can add another picture, if desired, from the downhill perspective. As you can see, the sidewalk damage is extensive and has been poorly patched by tar. This is VERY difficult for someone in a wheelchair to cross. Sooner or later, someone will be hurt here and sue the City, and probably us, because we are the nearest property owner. By notifying you of this dangerous sidewalk, we are placing the liability on you. Please fix this correctly and quickly, so none of our senior citizens in this building or nearby are injured.

    This by far is the most dangerous & crumbled street in all of Oakland. In the 7+ years of living in different areas, I have never encountered a worse street than this one. Big wheel truck vehicles drive down this tiny side street all throughout the day just deuterating what little street we have left. I cannot even ride a bike down this street and have to walk it down every day because of learning the hard way and injuring myself trying to bike it. The rain season has exacerbated the potholes to a level that feels like off-roading terrain, where if you're not in a lifted vehicles your car is being damage with each drive down the street. Please can someone help the residents of this street?!

    The whole street is filled with massive potholes. Driving down the street at more than 15 mph would prove to not only be highly uncomfortable, but dangerous as well. I am shocked that this problem was reported up to 2 years ago and the city has not gotten to it yet. Please hurry! Biker can't even go down this street and it is absolutely not safe for electric scooters. This street is in close proximity to medical facilities and has a lot of traffic.

    Illegal camping under the 580E onramp across the street from the Quik Stop at Harrison and MacArthur. There are at least 4 makeshift tents. They are littering. They are loud. This is directly adjacent to dozens of apartments which include families with small children. I suggest these people move to a less residential area where they will not be disturbing local, tax- and rent-paying residents.

    The grass is so tall you can barely see our dog walking through the grass. The neighbors have reported seeing rats running to and from the median. The grass has not been cut in months and is too high for me to cut myself.

    On 41st Street in the right turn lane onto Piedmont Avenue there is an incredibly large pothole crater that’s approx 1.5’ x 2’ and looks to be 3-5” deep. Can be very dangerous if you are not paying attention!
