ARAGONA BLVD IS A DISASTER ZONE. THE ENTIRE STREET FROM VA. BEACH BLVD ALL THE WAY TO HAYGOOD RD. IS FULL OF SINK HOLES BADLY PATCHED.
WHAT DOES THE CITY PLAN TO DO ABOUT THIS DISASTER. WE USE THIS ROAD 2 TIMES A DAY EVERYDAY. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PATCHING THE ROAD ARE DOING A VERY BAD JOB. WHO IS PUTTING MONEY IN THEIR POCKLET INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT REPAIRES.

In the past 5 years, we have had four flooding incidents caused by the inadequate storm water drain system between Thorougood and Church Point neighborhoods. There have been houses flooded, property damaged, and cars ruined because of it. Both neighborhoods drain to a retention pond located near the intersection of Pleasure House Rd and First Court Rd, subsequently, the water flows under Pleasure House Rd via two 36" DIA concrete pipes. Either these pipes are inadequately sized or drain sizing down stream is inadequately sized. Attached is a picture of the two pipe underwater during the latest flood event that occurred on 8/19/2016. The piping was verified to be clean following a flooding event on 7/31/16.

The roadway is completely eroding into our property due to public parking, storms, etc. People are having a hard time parking and getting out of the passenger side due to the erosion getting so high. It is getting worse by the day and coming into our private property.

City allows parking on both sides of Bayview Avenue. However, the street is not wide enough for parking on both sides. This poses a public safety hazard as the street becomes impassable to fire trucks and ambulances. Attached is a photo of the school bus being unable to pass through. Please address parking on Bayview Avenue to avoid life safety issues that may arise.

Parking has always been an issue here and with the summer in full effect the road parking has become a hazard. We need to have a sign placed at the corner of Lee and Fentress due to people parking on both sides of the street making it impossible to turn onto Lee. Also with parking on both sides of the street emergency vehicles can not make it to down to the end as the road narrows. This is a health and safety issue that needs to be addressed.

Very large and deep pothole. Very dangerous to pedestrians, bikers and vehicles turning right from the stop sign on Bayville Rd onto Indian Hill Rd. Getting worse by the day.

City property at seaview ave towards lake joyce needs grass cut. For some reason it has not been cut in weeks and the grass is now more than 2 feet tall. it should be on the regular grass cutting schedule.

Sidewalk is gradually disappearing due to overgrowth of turf and blowing beach sand. This creates a safety hazzard since many pedestrians are forced to walk in the road in a heavy traffic area near the beach. Baby strollers, in particular, are forced out into the road and are at risk. I believe, the City code requires the adjacent property owner to maintain the sidewalk. The landlords office of the adjacent properties has been called and no effort to clean up the sidewalk has been seen. This has been a subject of SeeClickFix reports several times and not action has been taken.

Large tree fell and brought down a second tree. Totally blocking pass through between Lakeview Shores and Lake Smith Terrace. Property belongs to Pumping Station. Tree laying on guard rails on either side.
