    The trees above the north bound lane of Chamberlayne Ave at Westwood need to be trimmed so that the traffic light is visible. I was almost hit today by a guy who ran the light way after it turned red. The light isn't visible until the last minute, so If you aren't familiar with the area there is a good chance you could run the light.
  • Impassable Alley Acknowledged
    4824 East Seminary Avenue Richmond, virginia - Ginter Park
    The alley between East and West Seminary Ave in the 4500 and 4800 blocks is impassable for any vehicle other than a SUV with 4 wheel drive or a large truck. I damaged my car recently due to the huge potholes in the alley, so of which are now almost 2 feet deep.
    This alley was not done last year when the city repaired a number of alleys in this neighborhood.

    The owner of 4517 W Seminary passed away this January. The house has been vacant ever since. Some neighbors were trying to keep up yard, but backyard is locked.

    The grass in the back yard is over 4 ft tall and the front is approaching 2 feet in places.

    Some neighbors have asked the executor to mow grass and he has flat out said he is not going to do it.

    The executor is the deceased owners lawyer. His name is John Vandenhoff.

    Please contact him immediately as ticks, fleas, and varmits are, i'm sure, taking residency in the yard.

    House is being overgrown by plant life, multiple windows open to the elements with animals having been seen entering the attic, possible structural problems.

    The traffic light at Brook Rd and Laburnum Ave needs to be adjusted. Drivers on northbound Brook Rd have to wait 3-4 light cycles to get through the intersection every evening.

    Turning off of Brook Road onto Westbrook Ave. just before the Library. It is water filled, but apparently enormous as my ford fiesta hit the hole pretty hard. It is inclimate weather so I don't know if I have damage yet (i.e. alignment, CV joint, body, ets.). This needs to be flagged immediately, and repaired a.s.a.p.

    There is a storm drain at the SW corner of Seminary Ave and Westminster Ave. Whenever it rains the street fills with water, making two way traffic dangerous.
