This is pathetic! Everyday...our neighborhood smells because of these houses!!!! I'm finding their garbage in our yard...their garbage lays in the road, have to beep for them to come clean it so you can drive down the road or get out and do it yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous! Children live in this filth...no windows in the one house...only boards and plastic up on the wondows...trash...

E Alexis Rd at I 75 has washboarded so bad people are going left of center to avoid it. It is at both sides of the bridge in the west bound lane, but the worst part is on the east side of I75.

since Covid this Bar has been closed. The streets are cleaner over the weekend. Police presence were not needed for random strangers relieving themselves in the residences front doors or side alleys, no random vehicles parked all over the street blocking businesses and driveways, the smell of marijuana is gone from here and most importantly noise levels from this bar and its patrons outside are 0. Please DO NOT OPEN LIONS DEN. It's a disgusting place and an eyesore to the neighborhood. Once a tenant moves in they complain about the noise and liter and drugs that this establishment brings in to the neighborhood. So many people are interested in property in Lagrange but when they see this bar right next to the houses they haul tail.

Problem Property for 2 years now, Nothing being done. Broke down Vehicles 2 years , Appliances all over , Wood , Debris , We have saw rats over there, Chicken coop with dead chickens in it, Old tent Canopy full of Junk, Shed overflowing with Junk, Trailer sitting on unpaved CITY LOT , He open Burns LOGS & Trash every day. This property Is Absolutely out of control & needs ATTENTION ASAP!! KILLING property values. PLEASE HELP!!

Residents at 4544 282nd street, as well as adjacent neighbor to the south, are harboring feral cats by providing access to food and shelter. Cats are running the neighborhood, especially at night, and causing damage to landscaping and other property. Owners of these residences are in violation of sections 505.09, 505.16 of the Toledo Municipal Code and these animals should be impounded pursuant to section 505.18 of the Toledo Municipal Code.

Customers at location screaming and yelling while playing loud music from there cars. Public urination and defecation. Vandalism on neighborhood cars

From approximately 2001 - 2197 Shoreland Ave no guard rail on river side of road ?

At all hours of the day and night people are driving excessive, including motorcycles and even in the early morning hours. I live on the street and I prefer to back in my driveway because the driveways are so narrow. I go around the block and come up from the East so I can turn relatively close towards my house and hurry up and try to vacuum my driveway before somebody comes from the stop sign and auto River and 108th ST. I would make sure that it's clear but there's usually a car down by the stop sign on Ottawa River, by the time I start to back up into my driveway there on top of me and trying to pass me from behind or they slam on the brakes and almost hit me acting like I did something wrong. if they were doing the 25 mph, I should have plenty of time to get into my driveway. it's like it's the Milan Dragway and they're doing 0 to 60 from stop sign to stop sign even around the curve near Ottawa River School. now that school has resumed I fear for the children who have to walk to get there.
