Bulk waste at curb line and trash cans not screened

Large dumpster in the driveway filled with trash and it has an awful odor. Not sure there is a permit.

A dumpster has been placed on the driveway and has remained on location for several months and the lawn is overgrown and not being maintained.

Dumpster is not enclosed

Lawn was mowed Thursday January 9th and lawn trash was left out. The picture was taken the 11th, Saturday, more than two days later. Lawn waste pickup is next Tuesday, January 14th, so lawn waste is left out five days and this happens every two weeks when the lawn service mows the lawn and this has been going on for many months. No one lives at the address. Last night's storm blew trash onto the street. The storm also blew down fence at this address.

Garbage is blowing from dumpster not located inside brick dumpster containment enclosure provided to Crab Head Boil & Vishala Grocery Store in Pecan Plaza Shopping Ctr. I picked up two large black trash bags of commercial trash, e.g. restaurant and grocery store cardboard cartons and other associated debris identifiable as coming from those two sources dumpster debris. Really makes community look uncared for and trashy.

Unbundled tree trash has been placed at the curbside for several weeks without being collected. The tenants need to be informed that the branches need to be bundled in order for GFL to remove, and if tree trunk waste weights more than 40 pounds or exceeds 40 inches in length, they need to be reduced to a smaller size too.

Lawn was mowed Tuesday, March 3rd and lawn trash was left out. The picture was taken yesterday, March 4th, Wednesday and the trash is still out. Lawn waste pickup is next Tuesday, March 10th, so lawn waste is left out SEVEN days and this happens every two weeks when the lawn service mows the lawn AND this has been going on for many months. No one lives at the address. Can anything be done? Today, Thursday, March 5th I noticed over 10 homes with lawn waste out in our neighborhood. I also note that some of us put the lawn trash away until the day it is picked up. A verified official suggested that a sweep be done of violations in the neighborhood.
