LAKE LOUISE AND HARSHAW LAKE #2 NEED TO BE CLEANED/OVERGROWN WEEDS

There is another pothole on the North side of the 30th Ave. N. and 46th Street N. intersection. There have been 3 other potholes in this same spot during the past 2 years which have been patched, but they keep coming back. It seems a more permanent solution is needed.

Deep depression on 17 Ave N at 54 Street N. Getting deeper everyday it seems. Thank you.

People are speeding all the time. I have 2 young girls and there are multiple families and I'm concerned for their safety. Its disturbing and we need help.

There are multiple homes on 26th Ave between 40th and 41st that at some point have placed concrete or other materials in the gutters as ramp for their cars. These are modifications to the right of way. The houses include 4058, 4050, 4034, 4051 and 4035 26th Ave N. There is also a house on the north side of 26th Ave N, almost 1/3 to midway between 41st and 43rd that has done the same. If code cannot get compliance because the owners say it was there when they bought the home, then the city public works should abate them to ensure good gutter drainage.

Illegal 15 ft fence. Eyesore. Poorly constructed. Have made repeated requests for the removal of fence. There have been various liens placed on the property but fence still exists obviously not an incentive for resident to remove. Please help!

Jason Johns is at it again. He continues to load his car up with discarded trash and bring it to his house, then dump it all over his driveway and root through it for hours. After he has gone through the piles of debris, he then takes it around to the alley behind MY house and fills up our can with his junk. In this particular photo, he is burning some of his garbage right on his front lawn next to the street.

He also exhibits erratic and aggressive behavior while out in his yard by swinging large sticks beating his trees and shrubbery.

This is extremely unhealthy, unsanitary, and unsafe for the entire neighborhood. I am at my wits end with this man. He has no respect for himself, his property or for the rest of the neighborhood. On top of that, this behavior is happening within 50 feet of my front door. I can't even enjoy my front yard because it's like living across the street from the Pinellas landfill.

My wife is partially disabled and needs to get out and walk with her walker for her health. She is terrified of this guy and refuses to leave her front door even when he's not there, for fear he'll show up and hurt her while she's out.

My neighbors shed encroaches over the property line violating the interior side yard 3' minimum setback requirements. I would like to replace my fence but it’s not possible with her shed and a portion of her PVC fence on my property as well as encroaching into the easement. I had an As-Built survey conducted that clearly shows my shed complies with the 3' setback requirements and her shed is in violation of (16.60.050.2).

This disgusting mess is here 365 days a year. Every single weekend these people are having a flea market. Residential NOT commercial property. Against all kinds of codes. Why hasn't something already been done about this? This is a major throughfare and the put cones out blocking the sidewalk causing people to have to pass on the highway. Someone is going to get hit by a car.

30th Ave. was just repaved, but the road surface for about a block in this area is already deteriorating, with one section clearly starting to fall apart. This was either poorly engineered, or poorly executed by the contractor, and will continue to deteriorate with more rain.
