    Heffner St. in east Toledo is a disaster!! The whole entire street needs fixed!! Every year it gets minor patch work done and every year it continues to get worse. There is already a small barrel on top of a hole thats been sitting like that for weeks. This is a frequently used side street as well as a bus route, that could use immediate attention.

    City of Toledo - can you PLEASE fix our street! The whole street is falling apart, not just one section. Semi trucks and TARTA buses have already made the street's underground water pipes burst, and the entire block has smelly water with very little pressure, but each time the street gets any type of repair, the holes are just filled, ONLY to have the buses and trucks rip the asphalt right or the next week. The street one block over had their entire street and curbs repaired, but we are stuck with this crap all the way down our street, destroying tires. Please, PLEASE repair our entire street like you all did a block away! They don't even have traffic! It was such a slap in the face! Or at least lower our property taxes! We've reached out several times.

    So, how long do we wait until this turns into a sinkhole? It's craters all down Heffner Street, due to Semi trucks and TARTA buses speeding and making the CRATERS WORSE. Get someone out here to take care of this before a car falls into the ground like it did on Detroit Avenue. We can HEAR cracks as we back in and out of our driveway, and if our car is damaged, I'm taking this to Fox News. Buses and trucks need to be prohibited from going down out street.

    This individual is running a commercial business out of his home. These vehicles are sitting in his yard. One is parked across the sidewalk. Vehicles parked on Heffner Street do not run. He has an unlicensed trailer sitting over a block south of his home on the west side of Heffner Street. This one person is responsible for almost all the junk vehicles in our neighborhood.

    Owner brought dogs back to address and they are there alone with no way to relieve themselves, no electricity, no gas, or no water. Contacted humane society, engaged Toledo, and canine cares. Was told nobody is in cruelty department until Monday. I know Lucas county Caine cares has an officer on call because my step father used to be a deputy dog warden. Please direct this to the right department so these dogs can get help!

    Whomever was driving the garbage truck, dumped trash completely down Heffner Street. Several neighbors also came outside to see that all of their trash was dumped in front of their homes. The city needs to come back out and get this mess cleaned up, because we are not going to get this up at all. I also have the garbage company on video doing this.
