There are numerous potholes at the light at the intersection of SR580 and Forest Lakes Blvd.

the area of concern is partially on Forest Lakes Blvd & SR 580 and where they meet at the intersection. There are pot holes , bumps & rough road at this intersection.

The traffic light at curlew and bayside timed wrong. It used to be timed with the light at Tampa rd.

Something needs to be done, like an independent signal at the end of St Petersburg Dr W so cars going to Forest Lakes Blvd do not have to wait for cars turning left onto State St.

The light timing seem off. Only 5 cars in each lane are able to turn left on to forest lakes blvd. This happened for many cycles.

tampa road east bound in immediate vicinity of railroad track VERY rough after recent rains. east of commerce blvd

100 cu. yards of mulch was dumped in the road, in front of a fire hydrant, and blocking ingress and egress from our residence. The mulch delivery company was Mulch For You from Longwood, FL. License Plate # BYVR04. The landscaping company that requested that it be put there is S&S Lawn Service in New Tampa. Their phone number is 813-900-1634. Please address immediately, as this is illegal and a major fire hazard.

I would like to inquire about potentially changing the right turn only lane of northbound Lafayette Blvd at the intersection of Tampa Rd into a straight/right turn lane. Currently, there are two lanes of Lafayette heading northbound and, across the intersection, 3 lanes of northbound Race Track Rd (the continuation of Lafayette).

As you approach the intersection on Lafayette there is only one straight/northbound lane available at the intersection which is combined with a left turn lane (i.e. there is a left/straight lane and a right turn only lane). Egress from the adjacent shopping plaza parking lot onto Lafayette Blvd can be very backed up and I believe that having two straight/northbound lanes would dramatically alleviate this congestion.

The south bound Forest Lakes Blvd Left turn signal onto Tampa
Rd is not activating for my 650 motorcycle anymore. This used to always work since 2005. A few days ago I stopped at the front of the left turn lane directly over the sensor area and the left turn lane signal did not activate for 2 entire light cycles. I had cars stuck behind me and and freaking out . So after the signal did not activate the second time I had to run the red left turn signal light. Please fix the sensitivity.

This is in regards to the recent change to the signal lights at the intersection of Tampa Road and Forest Lakes Blvd. Trying to make a left turn onto Forest Lakes Blvd from Tampa Road now has me sitting there double the time since the change. Try having to make that turn 5 out of 7 days a week and I guarantee it will get switched back to the old way. This is most definitely not an improvement. Needs to go back to the original light signal.

Numerous potholes throughput the intersection of SR-580 and Forest Lakes Blvd. The road is in need of desperate repair and is a hazard to drive on. I reported this issue over a year ago and no response.
