Motorists always "block the box", blocking both the MBTA green line C train and west and east bound traffic on Beacon St. Painting a box around this intersection and posting "don't block the box" signs would educate motorists.

    What is town policy when people use out of state or even out of country handicap parking hangtags on locally registered automobiles?
    I saw a sporty BMW with a Herb Chambers decal using a Quebec handicap mirror tag in a handicapped space in Coolidge Corner. He was one of those guys who takes up 2 spaces so no one will scratch his paint.
