    I have seen cars driving in the bike lanes on Hilton, both to make turns and using them as a second traffic lane (today it was a dark Chevy Venture, plate PTE INC). Possibly consider installing vehicle deterrents at major intersections.

    Garbage piles under the Woodward bridge over 8 mile. Unsanitary conditions for pedestrians. Unsafe for our community members who are harassed by the drugged out guys there, whom are also selling drugs. This is a black eye in the community.

    After bringing a group to Green Space for dinner and putting over $2 in the parking meter, I received a parking ticket for being 6 mins over! Then I paid the ticket on your on line service and had to pay an additional $3 service fee!?Great dinner but I will not be back as your poor parking and punitive service fees are too expensive. I’ll make sure the GreenSpace proprietor Joel knows of this also.

    Como's has been playing consistently loud music late into the night even on weekdays. The unnecessarily loud bass in particular travels to the surrounding neighborhoods and causes disturbances. Being a physician, it is detrimental to me and my patients when I can't get enough sleep. I am sure that neighboring households would have similar complaints.

    Cross traffic on Allen at this intersection consistently blows through the stop signs at the three way stop. In the last two days I have had two cars blow through on Allen coming from 9 mile while trying to make a left off of W Troy near the DOT. Cars flying through this intersection is dangerous for drivers and pedestrians alike. Needs enforcement. Maybe blinking lights around the sign to catch attention.

    Airbnb 519 W. Maplehurst St. Operators of this short term rental were asked yesterday Saturday April 3, 2021 to move illegally parked vehicle by their guest. After our Ferndale Police Department has been dispatched 50 Plus times to this property for disturbances these individuals are waisting our precious Ferndale resources by not obeying our rules and regulations. Simply, they do not care! This vehicle is illegally parked again on Easter Sunday.

    This traffic light allows just 10-15 seconds for neighborhood traffic, but 3-4 minutes for Woodward traffic. The traffic flow allows for more frequent signal changes, while keeping them short. I know, because I sit at this light every morning, 5 days a week.
