    I have called 311 everyday during the winter since 2006. My elderly parents & I have had to heat water to wash, clean and do everyday activities. The city inspects, issues a violation and nothing changes. If the violation came with a larger fine I truly believe my slumlord would fix the problem immediately!

    There are at least 2 bikes that have been permanently chained to the bike rack. One has a bent back wheel.
    Please move the rack away from the sidewalk in front of privately owned 2 family homes. The person that originally posted the request for a rack at this location no longer lives here. Across the street is the public Brooklyn Greenway and bike lane. Perhaps it can be moved to the sidewalk section there?
