Homeless Encampment Acknowledged3415 Richmond Blvd Oakland, California, 94611 - Oakland Ave-Harrison StMultiple tents and an RV under freeway overpass. Blocking sidewalk. I am unable to leave my house without going into the street. The people in the RV have multiple large dogs that they allow loose and they don't clean up after them, creating a health hazard for everyone else who wants to use the park.

Homeless Encampment Acknowledged3465 Richmond Blvd Oakland, California, 94611 - Oakland Ave-Harrison StAt 5:30am this morning I heard a commotion at this location and received this notification on my phone. I was just leaving for work and for the first I was afraid. We have been reporting the encampment for MONTHS and it has grown and gotten worse. The people in the RV are dealing drugs, have blocked the sidewalk, created a hostile environment, and the RV itself looks like its ready to implode. It has attracted 3 tents, a van and car stuffed to the gills and an abandoned Limo plus a mountain of trash. The area residents have sent in numerous complaints and the City has not made one effort to get this situation under control. With the assault now on record and the numerous complaints, the City is liable due to sheer negligence. As I was leaving there where (2) police cars and a police report should be further evidence of the City's culpability. Enough is enough.

Homeless Encampment Acknowledged3080 Broadway Oakland, CA, 94611, USA - Oakland Ave-Harrison StThis RV has been a nuisance to the community. There is a man from this RV, who has broken into a vacant unit twice and attempted a third time. He has tried to break into the auto shops nearby. Dog Attack OpenRichmond Blvd Oakland, CA, 94611, USA - Oakland Ave-Harrison StSmall dog was attacked by pitbull at oak glen park that resides in the RV on Richmond Blvd under the overpass. Pitbull has been aggressive in the past, off leash occurrences as well. This RV and their dogs are a frequent concern to the residents of our neighborhood especially to those who have pets of their own. Hearing the sounds coming from the helpless small dog during the attack were saddening and infuriating. I’m praying that both dogs are okay. Police/animal control has been contacted.

Across the street is a small homeless encampment, broken down car and a trailer. Unsure if the dumping is from them or others parking under overpass and throwing waste.
