    A stream of water is running down the alley, onto 27th St N, and pooling around drainage at 27th St and 1st Ave N. Every morning for more than a week it is consistently running, so it is definitely not due to rain. It appears to be an irrigation leak.

    2563 1st Ave S is listed as a short term rental on AirBnB. Property Appraiser website shows parcel use as single family home (CRT-2), no special exemptions or classifications. Are hotels allowed here?

    Property owners trust has a PO box that previous case 24-00000619 (regarding permitting issues) said was not deliverable / valid. The Airbnb listing host is not the owner but also is the host of 4047 19th St N (STR case 24-00003815).

    Property owners trust purchased the property in Aug 2023, first review is from February 2024. 4 STR reviews since exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.

    I reported this previously and then got a note saying the sign must’ve been picked up. Well, it’s still there and it has been for six months. It’s across the street from the true Hilton and on the south west corner of 17th and central. Hopefully you can find it on your second try
