MISSOURI CITY

This was a previous complaint that was just closed conveniently this issue was previously reported on August 16, 2022. It has yet to be fixed it has been this way for almost a year or longer. I suggest code enforcement spend some time in Woodland West in Fifth St., Estates notating the violations, and please get them corrected.

I wasn't sure what selection to add this too. Swing chair and fire pit on the front lawn. Are these items allowed in the front yard?

The utility easement directly behind my house and is behind the Centerpoint Power on Texas Parkway between the Crestmont and Garden Park Village Subdivisions is over grown and in violation of the city ordinance. It was reported that there is an opened sewage line between the properties and debris and feces is coming out

It is my understanding that the field behind my house is owned by the city of Missouri City; however the field is wildly overgrown and the trees are severely damaging my fence as well as that of my neighbors. We need someone to come and remove these trees immediately!!!

Repeated violation. It is an Airbnb and no one lives here on a regular basis. Thrash was out when we came home Tuesday night and is still out. Recycling was full of garbage and since it was not a day for recycling to be picked up the can sat full and animals got into it last night. If you come to inspect, do not come on normal collection days of Monday and Thursday.

Trash cans sit outside all day everyday. Junk car in driveway. Grass and weeds over grown.

We have complained multiple times at this residential home. Please get it fixed

Issues from previous complaints have not been corrected after being abandoned over 3 years now. The amount of rodents, insects and pests is unbelievable. We have hired an exterior exterminator out of our pocket to try and help however this is not neighbors issues. House windows are open and concerns of looters is possible.

The neighbor dogs are just out of control. It is incredible the amount of times I've contacted animal control for the same issues and no help at all other than coming to see them and talking to them.. not once.. not twice... for God's sake.. what are we waiting for? For my kids to be bitten and killed??? Is that what you guys want... it's an ongoing issue .. neighbors don't care but honestly at this point nobody does.. I've sent emails .. calls to let animal control know of this sadly nobody cares..

This vehicle have been wrecked ( damaged ) on the driver side. Plastic covering is over the window. The window is completely smash out on the driver side. It have been parked on the street for two months now.

Please inspect property for all existing violations. Safeguard Properties has filed a request with the city and wants all information required to bring this property into compliance. So please be as thorough as possible so all information may be provided at one time.
