half completed public works job.
metal and wood stakes left sticking out of the form for well over 2 weeks.
someone has already run over one of the metal stakes.
these forms should have been removed within 1 day of pooring the concrete.

the form has been left with no safety barricade of any sort.
theres a large gap between the asphalt and concrete curbing. this is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and I'd be happy to be a witness for the plaintiff.

I think something needs to be done about the cars that keep going through the fence of this house from the I-580. I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 2 years (and longer times in other Oakland neighborhoods) and I have never seen anything like it. I've seen at least 3 cars go through the fence of this house and the poor people that live there are always outside fixing the fence. Please erect a barrier or other practical solution so that the family there doesn't suffer from the danger of these cars that are going so recklessly fast.
