  • 1026 S Main St Ann Arbor MI 48104, United States - Ann Arbor
With the amount of money the owners of this Airbnb must make during football season, you would think they would be able to hire someone to clear their sidewalks But since they don't live there and are playing keepaway with housing in a city with a ridiculous housing market, maybe they just don't know they have to clear the sidewalks It's been a week since the biggest snow storm and clearly they have not cleared the sidewalk
  • 619 S Main St Ann Arbor, MI 48104, USA - Ann Arbor
There are ALWAYS cars blocking the bike lanes on both sides of this block of S Main. I'm sick of calling non-mergency police to report this just to see it getting worse. Why can't we fine the apartment buildings for this? The Yard and 618 S. Main have entrances on Mosley and Ashley respectively. They should use those entrances for deliveries and ride share pick-up/drop-off. This problem has gotten significantly more dangerous since the Hill St closure. Please do something before someone gets hurt.6

Homeowners at 622 5th Street leave Compost and Trash carts at the curb/on the street all the time. My understanding is that carts may be put out no more than 24 hours before scheduled pick-up and must be removed within 12 hours of pick-up

Why was a beg button installed at the Pauline & Main crosswalks? Pressing the button does not speed up the light cycle, it seems like a completely unnecessary change The walk signs before - without the button - seemed perfectly fine Now I just get annoyed when I wait for the walk signal only to realize I've forgotten to beg for it

All the crossings in this area should be moved mid-block so that pedestrian refuge islands can be added

    Wurster Park - Ann Arbor
Our rec and ed soccer team is practicing at Wurster, the grass was about a foot high, so I went and mowed a rectangle in there yesterday. Last week a boy on our team sprained his ankle in the grass, so when it wasnt mowed at all this week I just did it myself to protect our players. Please mow the soccer field it is dangerous, even during No Mo May. Thanks

217 E Stadium Blvd Ann Arbor, MI 48104, USA - Ann Arbor

Because there's a sidewalk missing in the southern direction of main, often a diagonal crossing is necessary. it's really frustrating to wait through two phases of this signal just to cross diagonally. Even if the sidewalk was there, this is a really long light. Pedestrians often are walking between the Pioneer lot to the UofM sports complex during events as well.

I think that the current pedestrian phases triggered by the beg button should be changed to a scramble crossing phase. It would make this dangerous intersection much safer and reduce pedestrian wait times. Additionally, to my knowledge, the pedestrian phases only triggers when the beg button is pressed anyway so if there's no pedestrians crossing vehicles won't need to wait through the phase.
