  • 5260-5298 Ponderosa Ave Ne Albuquerque, NM, 87110, USA - Montgomery Park
Homeless person has been camping out there in white vehicle for over a month now. License plate aynd39. I've had to report a bonfire they started and a week ago to the fire department. Please have them removed, it's attracting more homeless people who think that spot is a "mechanic shop". Next step will be posting there vehicle as free on websites.

The weeks long occupation of the yafl parking lot of this homeless camper with no sidewall action by the city tends to macarke me think that these reports a are falling on deaf ears or are being viewed as unimportant. I get citations if weeds are too unruly or my classic car tires deflate on my own, paid for property. This filthy vagrant, however, is allowed the freedom of urban sprawl, shouting obscenities at 5 am, frightening children at the nearby playground and using curry priory for his toilet. Long term. PLEASE DO SOMETHING NOW!!! the Altamont neighborhood requires you to please, finally, DO YOUR JOB!

I have a business at 2929 San Mateo. There is an alley that runs north and south behind the business. It’s large enough for one car to pass but not tractor trailers They use it as a shortcut and they have torn down utility wires repeatedly in addition to my parking bumper at the end of my property. We need a sign that prohibits tractor trailers from traveling on this alley.

  • San Mateo Blvd Ne Albuquerque, NM, 87110, USA - Hodgin
City employees are marking a litter complaint about shopping carts under the bridge as completed over 20 times despite there being a shopping cart there for months in plain site that has never moved. Saying it is completed without actually doing anything is fraud.

Parking lot at cigar shop doesn't have a setback from the street and large trucks and subs often park on the corner blocking visibility of oncoming traffic traveling north on San Mateo if you're turning from Palo Duro NE. There have been several close calls here. Please have business owner redraw parking lot to ensure safe visibility for people turning onto San mateo.

Kids wouldn't be safe to play here if they could. Please get the cardboard shanty homeless campers OFF THE PLAYGROUND equipment. It's horrendously 😔 sad.
