    The grading of the curb leading to the stormwater drain prevents water from making it into the drain so water and debris are retained in front of our driveway. Also, (and I'm not sure if this is an issue you deal with or not), water between our property and the adjacent properties is not able to reach the drain system.

    This standing water/ grading issue has been a problem for over a year. It hasn’t rained in over a week and this standing water has mold spores and breeds insects. There was a water main repair a few months ago one house down and we were hoping it would fix this issue, but it hasn’t and standing storm water still pools.
