Notified About

  • 5484–5498 Dexter-Ann Arbor Rd Ann Arbor MI 48103, United States - Scio Township
I was coming west on Dex AA road and when the light turned green I started to proceed forward to cross zeeb and head into Dexter and had to slam on my brakes because I didn't see a car making a right on red (they were traveling south on zeeb) due to that big blue sign. I had a friend send me that photo because she came through later. It scared the crap out of me.
  • 7038 Whitmore Lake Rd Northfield township, MI, 48189, USA - Washtenaw County
Traffic Signal not skipping left-turn phases. On top of that the left-turn phases are too long, causing longer waits on N Territorial. Please fix ASAP.
  • 7020 Whitmore Lake Rd Northfield township, MI, 48189, USA - Washtenaw County
Traffic Signal not skipping left-turn phases when there are no cars waiting to turn left. On top of that the left-turn phases are too long, causing longer waits on N Territorial. Please fix ASAP.
  • 947–1029 W North Territorial Rd Ann Arbor MI 48105, United States - Washtenaw County
There is an area near the shoulder of the eastbound lane where a large pothole/sinkhole was previously repaired It is sinking again and has caused a large dip in the pavement
  • 291 N Zeeb Rd Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48103 - Scio Township
Heidi Metzger called saying there is a signal timing issue with the left turn only signal from the private drive onto Zeeb Rd. She says drivers won't get the left turn arrow unless there is someone in the right turn lane. Please can someone check this out.
  • N Territorial Rd & Whitmore Lake Rd Whitmore Lake, MI, 48189, USA - Washtenaw County
Resident reported the traffic signal is out of time. Light is causing severe backups.
  • 6930 Dexter Ann Arbor Rd Scio township, MI, 48130, USA - Scio Township

Given the frequent collisions between cars and deer on Dexter-Ann Arbor road, it seems like a yellow Deer Crossing sign might be worth considering. New/Young drivers and drivers from out of town would likely benefit most from a reminder of deer in the area as the exit Dexter City limits.

As I left Dexter today, I saw no such sign, but did see several deer carcasses from recent deer strikes.

  • 249–313 W North Territorial Rd Whitmore Lake MI 48189, United States - Washtenaw County
As one of these sensors does every few weeks, the EB N Territorial left turn lane sensor always thinks there's a vehicle even when there is not it also appeared that both directions of Whitmore Lake Rd were being triggered late at night. All of this leads to unnecessary waits even when there are no other vehicles in the area Since the system thinks there are vehicles waiting even late ay night, it cycles on its own so there is always at least a full cycle before a vehiclewaiting to cross the intersection can go thru
  • Webster Church Rd & Joy Rd Dexter, Michigan, 48130 - Washtenaw County
Resident reporting there are many cars speeding off the paved portion of Joy Rd and hitting the unpaved portion right before the curve. Resident reports this not only kicks up a lot of dust but it is also unsafe for motorists to travel the curve at such high speeds. Resident requesting 3-way stop signs at intersection of Joy and Webster Church
  • 315–357 W North Territorial Rd Whitmore Lake MI 48189, United States - Washtenaw County
See other post Traffic Signal Timing Concern https://seeclickfix.com/issues/14896585 because it's the same issue. For a week now, Whitmore Lake rd traffic (or lack thereof) gets the longest left turn light for no one and it is causing traffic flow issues
  • 7006 Whitmore Lake Rd Whitmore Lake, MI 48189, USA - Washtenaw County
this is really bad... former post is completely correct! please fix :)
  • 2143-2443 Scio Rd Dexter, MI, 48130, USA - Scio Township
The neighbors on Scio Road have contacted me to express concern about the dramatic increase in traffic as a result of the roundabout construction closure at Zeeb and Miller Roads. They've asked if there are any measures, such as signage for "local traffic only," that could be taken to help reduce the amount of short-cut drivers.
