    Every day between 5:30 & 6:00 A young man wearing a dark colored hoodie walks his dog. After his dog does his duty he puts it in a orange bag and throws it down the sewer. Look at the picture it’s piling up. I’ve asked him NOT to do it and he ignores me. Mr. Mayor please help address this situation. It’s bad enough that Webster Place is being overwhelmed with RATS during the day. I also called the Board of Health to address the rat problem. No one has returned my calls. Thank you

    The situation of dog owners/walkers deliberately let their pets to pee and poo in other people's private properties have been worsening in the area around 621 Main Street, Malden, MA 02148. Residents of 621 saw many picked the front and side yard of the house as the preferred habitual visiting spots for their dogs to relief. Although there is a sign put on a post inside the yard area, these selfish and immoral pet owners just took the advantage of our yard for their convenience. Even worse, they did pick up the poo left behind. Just wonder what they would think and feel if pets other than theirs pee and poo in their yards, houses or apartment units??? What can the residents do? We did not have these issues in our neighborhood for the past twenty years until the most recent three years??? What advice the City can offer the residents of 621 to stop these annoying incidents from happening again? Thank you in advance.

    PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH.

    My building hasn't been cleaned in months. The common areas and the grounds are filthy and unkept. I have attached photos, but an visual inspection would be more effective.

    - The common areas, floors and stairs are covered wit food, liquid and debris from the top to the bottom level. The floors and stairs need to be swept and mopped.

    - There's trash on the front stairs and the grounds around the building are unkept and littered with trash. The bushes need to be trimmed along the walkway/side of the building. There's abandoned furniture near the dumpster.

    - There is overcrowding in the units: There are 4 adults, a teen, a child and a baby on the way in apt #6 which is a [1] bedroom. They are causing a lot of noise which directly effects my quite enjoyment. I have noticed multiple tenants living in other units as well and with young children although the building is not deleaded.

    - The washing machines need maintenance and have been down for months.

    - There are tenants (unit #6 to be exact) smoking in the common areas and inside their unit which is filling up my unit with smoke and disturbing my quite enjoyment.

    I need the light bulb replaced at my front door. It was removed for days and then replaced with a dead bulb! It is pitch black at my front door and I wouldn't know if someone was lurking around. It is very dangerous!

    - There is no contact info/signage on the building stating who are the owners.

    I kindly request an inspection of my building as the photos do not do justice as to how filthy the property really is.

    no containment from this property has caused contamination of both Holyoke and Phillip Street. something should be done to contain the problems on a mechanic shop. it shouldn't be oil antifreeze and transmission fluid leaking off the property. when something happens no proper action is taken. this problem has been brought up many times before in the city refuses to do something about it.

    There is a resident on Fairview Terrace, I presume, that is using the space on Fielding Street to store his junk cars. I did see through other posts that he's known to the city. He constantly makes it hard for us to back out of the driveway and he is telling individuals our address. This has caused people to ring my doorbell throughout the night asking to buy or sell cars which wakes up my newborn. I have video proof from my nest camera that shows from a potential client of his that he is giving out my address to sell and buy cars. He has parked a silver car recently across the street. He also is cutting down shrubby across, as I type this, the street presumably to store more cars. I don’t want the neighborhood to turn into a junkyard.

    Hi,
    Our neighbors passed away a couple of months ago, since then the garden has overgrown and been invaded by wild life. The house was already in bad shape and it's getting worse, and dangerous pieces of the roof are following into our driveway. The side stairs are literally following apart and became really dangerous for our kids. The electricity is still on and could become a fire hazard. Could someone check it out?

    The previous tenants decided to move out and leave all their trash and filth behind . This is once again an eyesore in our quite neighborhood Please do something about this .

    These cinder blocks have been abandoned in the hallway for months and are a safety hazard. I kindly ask that they be removed. Please note that this is my 2nd request.

    The fire alarms in the common areas need their batteries changed. They have been giving off a beeping/warning sound for a while now.

    On another note,
    The entire building and my apartment smells like Marijuana everyday and it's disturbing my quite enjoyment; It's very uncomfortable breathing, trying to sleep or just living in my unit when the entire place is filled with the smell of Marijuana and sometimes cigarettes. The smoking issue has been an ongoing issue that has been reported to management/landlord multiple times. I don't believe management has or even want to address the problem as I've been told in the past that a smoking policy is hard to enforce.

    I ask that the smoking issue be addressed promptly and with an aggressive approach as it is becoming intolerable to live in my unit.
