    Request the VB City Department of Neighborhood Preservation please view the house located at 1556 Waff Road. The exterior of the house is in deteriorated condition with peeling paint and visibly rotten siding and trim material. Residents on this street have noticed the continued decline in the condition of the house for over a year. This is in the Lake Christopher (Kempsville) subdivision community. Thanks.

    I am a resident of Lake Christopher and a sewer drain goes through my yard and empties into the lake next to my property. It is very hazardous due to the nature of its construction...broken rocks and cement bags are at the opening in the lake. We have had a few people slip or swim near it and have been hurt on the rocks that are a part of the city drain. We visited another drain opening in our lake and saw that it was a completely smooth opening and therefore not a hazard like the one in our part of the lake. I would like for someone to contact me, as soon as possible, in order to look at this so that we can get it replaced, before the weather turns this year, so that it is no longer a hazard.     Overgrown vegetation is obstructing the view approaching the intersection of Lake Christopher Dr and Sand Pebbles Drive both from the north and from the east. This also blocks the view of pedestrians from vehicles. The large vegetation needs to be removed or cut back in order to allow a better view of approaching vehicles or pedesrians.

    A very large and overgrown bush located on the corner of Lake Christopher Drive and Waff Road blocks the view around the corner in both directions. This applies to vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians. There have been a number of very close calls and near collisions here. This large bush needs to be entirely removed like the bushes that were removed in issue 9388503 recently.
