The "Left Turn" lane arrows are almost worn away and there are no arrows in the right lane which is the "Through/Right turn lane I'd suggest replacing direction arrows in both lanes -

I believe this was supposed to be an active demonstration Raingarden in the North Laurel Community Center. Many locust trees and mimosa are crowding out native plantings. This is in a very visible public area and doesn't do much to show proper pond maintenance.

They are in BMP area over the hill below tennis courts. Support wires were installed improperly or left on too long by contractor and now trees are girdled and will not live. They should be replaced.
