The property borders the stream running on the west side or the lot Fill dirt has been dumped on the slopes bordering the stream apparently to level the lot The fill covers tree trunks and vegetation immediately adjacent to the stream It appears that the same practice is occurring behind the house as well Pictures were taken from the bridge over the stream on North Laurel Road

The eastbound lane of Whiskey Bottom Road was divided into a left and through lane as it approaches Rt 1.
The "Left Turn" lane arrows are almost worn away and there are no arrows in the right lane which is the "Through/Right turn lane I'd suggest replacing direction arrows in both lanes

Beavers have taken up residence in the storm water pond next to the exit from southbound Stevens Road to westbound 216. The spillway has been blocked and the pond level is pretty high, even without recent rain.

Storm water pond/ rain garden has never been maintained since installation. I believe this was supposed to be an active demonstration Raingarden in the North Laurel Community Center. Many locust trees and mimosa are crowding out native plantings. This is in a very visible public area and doesn't do much to show proper pond maintenance.

3 Maple Trees were installed in Storm Water Management area as part of NLCC construction. They are in BMP area over the hill below tennis courts. Support wires were installed improperly or left on too long by contractor and now trees are girdled and will not live. They should be replaced.
