    In the rear yards of 24 & 26 Valley St there are abandoned vehicles (pick up truck with flat tires and a large diesel box truck) and large amounts of construction debris. This material has been here for close to a year. Is there any way an inspection could be done of the property to determine if it is within code and if there is a way to clean it up? The properties are an eyesore to abutters. Thank you

    Does anyone know why there is tree clear cutting in the back yards of 24 and 26 Valley St? These properties abut my residence on 28 Crowdis St and I am concerned with water drainage and impact to my retaining wall. My understanding is this same property owner is clearcutting trees on 48 and 50 Crowdis as well. Also, there are abandoned vehicles and large amounts of debris on these two Valley St properties. Is there anything that can be done to clean them up?

    At the corner of Cherry Hill Ave and Valley St, it is very difficult to see when pulling out onto Valley St. The resident of 28 Valley St parks his truck in his driveway, but parallel to Valley St which blocks all visibility of traffic coming from the left. In order to pull out of Cherry Hill Ave, you have to inch into the intersection which is very dangerous. Can a traffic mirror be installed in that location to help with the blind visibility?
