Going north on phelps luck at rte108 the traffic light is obstructed by tree branches Trim this and any others needing trimming

Storm drain catch basin top has shifted leaving the sidewalk with a 4' deep hole for pedestrians to fall into There is a cone on one side that does nothing to protect people The 4' concrete top needs to be reset on the basin ASAP

I reported the manhole cover off weeks ago I received an email saying this was repaired I checked today and the cover is still off This needs to be fixed today, dangerous condition

Water meter cover is half on next to the sidewalk Need to bolt back in place before someone steps in the water filled manhole

The catch basin cover that i reported almost a year ago in front of 3105 N Chatham as a dangerous condition has still not been repaired. I put a cone on it because it drops if stood on. The concrete cover needs to be lowered at least one course of brick to make it level with the ground surface. It is elevated above the surface which caused it to be struck by vehicles and moved out of place. This is a year old and needs attention ASAP.

There is NO public handicap parking on the upper end of main street. We need to mark two of the four, on street, parking spaces in front of 8358 main street to 2 hour “handicap only”spaces. The parking lot is too far to walk to the dentist and other offices, and the two spaces there are usually full all day. The wine bin has private spaces for their customers and will tow outsiders using their lot.

Marriotsville road backs up to resort road from route 40 every time i drive this way. This could be easily resolved by repaving this stretch of road and marking the pavement two lanes south and one north. The current one lane each way cannot clear the southbound traffic in one light cycle. At rush hour it backs up to route 70.

Stop sign is obstructed by bushes driving south on Ramblewood approaching Chatham. Trim back everything to the pine tree (8’) which is all on County property. This will give a better view of the sign and pedestrians and make it stand out.
Paint stop bar on the road to help curtail the stop sign runners at this intersection and make walking safer.

Howard County Historic Dorsey family graveyard at the corner of Hearthstone Road and Longview Drive is abandoned and overgrown. The community wants to adopt the graveyard, clean it up and maintain the site. There are many trees inside the walls that need to be removed professionally as well as the trees bordering Hearthstone. We would like the Highways tree crew to remove as many trees in this quadrant as possible to assist In the effort.

The storm drain inlet and concrete cover has been hit once again in front of 3105 north chatham road. The inlet is defective in its construction which makes the concrete cover of the basin overhang the road to cover the open hole. The inlet needs to be reconstructed and the concrete cover needs to be installed 1” below grass level so it does not damage my riding mower again. Please while doing repairs, do not store materials on my grass which kills it

Stump in the grass in front of 3203 north chatham road is a trip hazard. This tree was cut down when it was struck by lightning and fell into the road several years back. Kids walking from school have to walk around the stump in the road or trip over it. The remaining stump is 6” above ground level. Please grind.

Michaels way is covered in ice curb to curb west of Ramblewood. Treat asap and repair water main leak.

Cap on water cut off in front yard is missing. Suck out debris and replace cap.

Speed hump signs are missing at 9333 Joey dr. West of Ramblewood road. Also the speed limit sign is concealed by trees at same location. Replace signs to prevent card from bottoming out on the hump.

Only six cars on dorsey run road can turn left each cycle. Dorsey run is backed up 1/2 mile at 5pm.
Need left turn light installed.

All of the “no parking any time” signs on Church Gate are so old they are whited out. These need to be replaced asap before the new church on St Johns Lane opens. The church parking will reduce the road to a one lane road.
