    There are flexible sticks marking the path so that snowplowing doesn't damage vegetation in the rain garden. The sticks are angled and extend over the path. This creates a hazard for cyclists. The sticks will also be in the way of snow removal vehicles. I don't know if the sticks were placed by the city or an overzealous guardian of the currant bushes, but they need to be straightened.

Just east of Dixboro the Gallup trail continues to Parker Mill. Is that Ann Arbor's responsibility? There are some big bumps, especially approaching the bridge over the river.
