Front yard - boat trailer. Been there for weeks. Same for boat parked in side yard, not fenced or screened.

This was reported as issue 5075003. This is a commercial auto repair facility with garage service bays facing the residential neighborhood. The city inspector closed the case, but the residential side garage bay doors are open almost continuously. On a cold day, the doors are shut, but most days and nights these doors are all open. Do we need to have the neighborhood set up cameras? This should be fined as it is not allowed in the city.

This is a "cars on blocks" issue. A car on jacks is never a good thing in a neighborhood trying to keep values up.

This is a commercial auto repair facility. When a garage has open bays facing neighborhoods that are residential such bays must be closed. There are loud tools, horn honking, car revving and very obnoxious noises there every day. An elderly neighbor and a woman with an autistic child are suffering immensely due to this condition. A person noted that the place is open every day and an older center was only open during the week, so this seems to be an increased use and nuisance to the neighbors in Tyrone Park.

Notice a gap in the wall between the restaurant and the tire center while my dog was taking a "break" There is a large gap evidenced by the grout line and the fence is leaning to the residential side of the street. THIS IS EXCEEDINGLY DANGEROUS as someone could be killed if the fence falls suddenly.
