    Although the Village did a great job in making some repairs to the culvert between Covington and Page Circle it is still backing up and causing damage. I know we have received a lot of rain but this has never happened in the 10 plus years we lived there. Could the other end be plugged?

    The street drain is plugged with snow and ice. The street has several (plus) inches of ice and snow and during the recent "warm up" the water was 5 inches deep about 12 feet in diameter. This needs to be addressed before it freezes solid and causes accidents or if it thaws homeowners will be dealing with flooding.
