    1) Merriam Road culvert is jammed with tree limbs and branches. The branches did NOT get there in the normal flow of the water. Rather, they were forcibly jammed into the culvert. Beavers? Humans?
    2) There are two piles of tree limbs and branches on the south side of the culvert. These piles did not just show up in the natural course of the woodlands. Beavers? Humans?
Either way, these appear to be jamming up the stream.

Location: Miscoe Brook, just south of the culvert under Merriam Road. It appears that the Brook has been blocked with soil, rocks, and related debris. The brook appears to be totally blocked at this location.

The annual problem: bushes, plants, trees growing between the old BP gas station (M&D Repairs) and Pepperoni Express obstruct view of oncoming traffic. Makes for a dangerous exit from the Pepperoni parking lot. I know this is a state road. Maybe we could help them remember to cut down the foliage.

  • 1 Worcester St Grafton MA 01519, USA - Grafton
It can be difficult to see pedestrians crossing Worcester Street at the town common at night. I have seen other towns put up a blinking light that is triggered by the pedestrian when they want to cross the intersection.

Issue was previously. Roofing (?) materials stacked neatly in the town conservation land across from 34 Chestnut Street. Issue was previously referred to the police department. Police investigated, could not find any names/addresses. Police forwarded issue to DPW. The materials are still there.

<> We tried to make Boulevard one way...and for most folks, this has succeeded. BUT...I recently observed drivers either miss or ignore the "do not enter" signs. Perhaps it would help to turn the signs 45 degrees to make it even more visible to left-turning drivers as they come up Worcester Street. Also, consider putting the wooden horse back into the road (Boulevard), blocking off the left-turning drivers.
  • 88-92 Worcester Street Grafton, Massachusetts - Grafton
The bushes between 88 Worcester Street (the old BP gas station) and Pepperoni Express at 92 Worcester Street make it very difficult to see oncoming traffic while exiting from Pepperoni Express. Simply trimming the bushes will quickly resolve this problem.

The "no left turn" sign preventing left turns from Boulevard up Worcester street is bent over.

Water Department pipe cover is loose and easily removable. Asphalt around the pipe has eroded. Pipe cover was smashed off during last snowfall by snow plow.
