    The large patch over the recent water main break at the intersection of Red Oak/Vesper/Clair Circle has sunk and cars are bottoming out when they hit it. You can't see it in the dark. I realize it's challenging to patch in winter, but this needs substantially more fill. I worry they may even be water erosion taking place under it.

    Red Oak Rd between Bending and Mixtwood, including the new traffic circle, is horrible. Large, icy ruts, yet thick icy slush as well. Please run a plow through that stretch. It's extremely difficult to navigate.

    There's a deep and growing pothole in the east-bound lane of W. Summit as the road slopes down towards the RR tracks. It's in a location that makes it difficult to avoid, and in the dark it's nearly impossible to see. Definitely on its way to being a tire eater.

    Tall weeds & shrubs are blocking views of northbound vehicles on North Main, making it dangerous for cars on eastbound West Summit to cross Main or turn left on Main when traffic signal is on blink mode (late night to early morning). It requires having to pull out over the crosswalk & into the intersection before oncoming vehicles can be seen.

    My recycle cart was not emptied today. There were construction vehicles parked where I usually place the cart, so I moved it to the throat of my driveway. Trash WAS picked up, so why not recycling? I'm leaving it out until it is.

    The cobrahead light on both the NE corner and the SE corner of E. William and S. Fifth Ave are burned out. In the early morning and in the evening when it's dark, it's almost impossible to see pedestrians in the crosswalk. This is a heavily pedestrian location and needs to be lighted for safety.

    I noticed as I drove by city hall today that the large silver metal "S" is gone from the building address (301 EA_T HURON). I doubt I'm the only one to notice, but just in case, I thought I'd mention it.
