102 Park St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington ElectricGauthier's garbage trucks wake me up every Tuesday morning. They are picking up trash before 5:00AM in a residential neighborhood. Today it wsa 4:56 AM. Last week it was 4:59 AM. According to the city website, pickups should start at 7:00 am with some exceptions. Being that this is a 100% residential street, I do not believe we should fall under the exception to allow early pickup.
