The sego palm planted on the corner at Doverglen and Glenford is located in the sight triangle and blocks the view of oncoming traffic.

Per call in complaint: A basketball goal is laying on the side of the house and trash and debris is all over the lawn. Letters were sent by the HOA and they still will not comply.

Per call in complaint: A barbecue trailer has been parked on the driveway for over a month and the owner refuses to remove it although he's been sent letters by the HOA.

The water in the swimming pool is dirty again and it's clear to see from the golf course.

Please inspect for high grass/weeds on two vacant tract listed in FBCAD as R383944 and R383945. The lots can also be located by looking to the left side of Home Studio 6 located at 6726 Hwy 6.

Reported via phone complaint. A large tree branch that is approximately eight feet in height fell onto the street and is blocking a full lane of traffic, and the house at the address is currently vacant.

Trash Placement/Garbage. Received via phone complaint- A children's car seat that is filled with trash has been placed for collection and bulk waste is not scheduled until next Friday 9/30/22.

The grass at this home is horribly high, esp. the back which can be viewed from the golf course.

A large trailer is parked on the street and obstructing the sidewalk and a red Chevy Dually is parked on the street with no tags.

A black Chrysler with an expired tag (6/21) has been parked on the street for months without being moved. License #CV7 T776.

Please inspect for high grass/weeds over lot & sidewalk and loose trash on premises.
