Sunken Area Concern Archived5938 Fairlee Rd Elkridge, Maryland - ElkridgeThere is a sinkhole in my front yard adjacent to a manhole cover. This is the second time it has appeared here. Last year when I reported it, the town filled it with dirt and planted grass. It has come back and is approximately 3 feet deep.

Sunken Area Concern Archived5938 Fairlee Rd Elkridge, maryland - ElkridgeI reported an issue with this area last January and it was corrected by filling with dirt and seeded. I was told there was no issue related to the adjacent manhole cover right next to it. It started to sink again in the spring and through the winter it has gotten much worse.
